Display, out of box, handled but no major cosmetic issues - Either a display from our showroom or a trade show these items are new with minimal to no cosmetic damage and no operational defects. These items include a full manufacturer's operational warranty.

New, out of box, no cosmetic damage - New product with no cosmetic or operational defects. These items include a full manufacturer's operational warranty. Only thing missing is the original packaging.

New, out of box, some cosmetic damage - These items have some cosmetic damage that do not effect the operation of the unit. They include a full manufacturer's operational warranty. We try our best to include pictures of the cosmetic damage on-line. If there are no actual pictures please send a request to our orders department through the "product inquiry" tab on each product page. Original packaging may not be available.

Used, no cosmetic damage - These items are slightly used and have been reconditioned back to factory specifications. If there is no manufacturer's warranty available we will offer a 90 day operational warranty in the continental United States only starting from the day the item was delivered. We will either repair or refund your money. You will need to contact us directly if service is needed. Other than normal wear there are no large cosmetic defects. We try our best to include pictures of the cosmetic damage on-line.
